Thank you for purchasing Vandy Vape products. If by any chance you have issues with any of our products, please contact our service team for assistance in troubleshooting or warranty service. PLEASE NOTE, Vandy Vape has a six-month warranty policy for all authentic Vandy Vape products.

To apply for after-sale service, you need to provide the following info:

Payment receipt or order invoice of the order.

1.A clear real-time video or clear pictures of the unit demonstrating the issue.
2.Payment Receipt or the screenshot of the order record (Include the purchased date and retailer's(or online store) information)
3.A picture of the clearest VV logo above the QR code. Put the logo side of the box parallel to your sight, you’ll be able to see the logo.
4.A pic to show the product information and the QR code side of the package box need to be clear ( Include Serial numbers, S/N code and relevant product information). And the security code on the side of the outer box needs to be scratched.
